We are thrilled to announce the collaboration between DYSONA – Applied Science and the 2nd International Seminar on Innovative Approaches in Geographical Research (IAGR): Exploring New Dimensions for Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in a special issue entitled “Innovative Environmental Solutions for a Sustainable Future”.
To commemorate the 75th anniversary of Rampurhat College’s establishment and its academic excellence and contributions to education, the seminar will be held on November 29-30, 2024 at Rampurhat College in West Bengal, India. The event is designed to serve as a dynamic platform, uniting a wide range of experts, researchers, practitioners, and enthusiasts in the fields of geography and environmental sciences.
Main scope
Guest edited by Dr. Jayanta Das, the special issue “Innovative Environmental Solutions for a Sustainable Future” will focus on the following topics:
- Sustainable Agricultural Practices: Innovative technologies to enhance food production while minimizing environmental impact.
- Applied Environmental Science: Creative approaches to address the degradation of ecosystems, pollution, and climate change.
- Technological Innovations: Breakthroughs in sustainable industrial processes, renewable energy, and resource management.
- Interdisciplinary Solutions: Integrating environmental, agricultural, and technological perspectives to achieve sustainability.

Conference participants who believe that their work is appropriate for publication in this issue are encouraged to submit it through the journal management system of DYSONA – Applied Science by following these steps:

Therefore, being accepted in the conference does not guarantee publishing in the special issue and further adjustment may be required prior to publication.
Submission deadline for participating papers is December 30, 2024
The peer review process typically requires 4-6 weeks; however, authors must ensure that revisions are made in a timely manner in order to prevent delays in publication.
